1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter, 'Terms') set the rules for accessing and using the Timap site. By accessing the Site, the user unreservedly accepts these Terms.

2. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site is protected by intellectual property rights and other exclusive rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the content is strictly prohibited.

4. User Account

Some Site services require creating a user account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all actions taken through their account.

5. Site Usage

The Timap site offers discussion and content-sharing services. By using the site, the user agrees not to:

Use the site for illegal purposes.

Distribute illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Disrupt the proper functioning of the site through viruses, attacks, or other methods.

5.2. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish (texts, images, videos, etc.). By posting content on the site, the user guarantees that:

they own the rights to the content or have obtained permission from the copyright holder(s);
the content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

The publisher reserves the right to remove any disputed content as soon as it becomes aware of it, without prior notice.

6. Liability

The Site does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided. The user is solely responsible for the content they post on the Site and for how they use it. The user is also responsible for managing their personal information and protecting their account against unauthorized use. The publication manager (Lucas Braindot) implements means to moderate and remove illegal content as soon as it becomes known. However, the Site cannot be held responsible for user-generated content prior to moderation.

7. Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Moderation

Any user may report content they consider contrary to these Terms or the law. The publication manager commits to reviewing and removing reported content as soon as possible. The publication manager reserves the right to delete any user-published content without prior notice if deemed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
